Questions
Is it for product managers or project managers?
Both. Product managers use it to shape stories, write PRDs and answer the team. Project managers use it for weekly stakeholder updates, risk sweeps, portfolio status and release notes. It's the same terminal with the same tracker underneath.
Do I need Claude Code?
Yes. Claude Code does the AI work, using your existing Claude plan. Productivo is the terminal and the workflows on top of it. You never type commands unless you want to.
"Terminal" — do I need to know the command line?
No. It's a terminal the way traders have one: a single professional console for everything you run. You click, or type what you want in plain words (⌘K). The Claude Code terminal is there when you want to watch or steer, never required.
Which trackers does it work with?
Jira (Cloud) and Azure DevOps.
Will it change my tickets on its own?
No. It shows you the exact change first and waits for your go, one item at a time. It never deletes anything.
Where is my data stored?
On your Mac. Your sign-in stays in your macOS Keychain. Productivo has no server that sees your work.
Why does macOS ask before opening it?
During the beta the app isn't signed by Apple yet, so macOS asks once. Click Open Anyway in System Settings → Privacy & Security. The signed version is coming.
Open your terminal.
Free during the beta. Your projects, your Claude sessions and everyone waiting on you, finally in one place.

- Open Productivo. macOS says it can't check the app: click Done.
- Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down and click Open Anyway. That's it. This only happens once.
